Tuesday May 13, 2008 15 by the 15th

Today has been a better day as far as food goes, but I have got to get my ass up and moving if I expect to actually lose any weight. So, I thought I need to set a goal. Not a 1,000lb goal, but a real, attainable, within reach, short term goal. After looking at my calendar I have decided, by June 15th I want to lose 15lbs. That is right around a month, and I think I can do it...if I get my ass into gear.

Breakfast- 2 Kashi Waffles with sugar free maple syrup.

snack- peanut butter health bar

Lunch-Roast beef sub with wheat bread, light mayo, mustard, and lettuce. and kettle cooked salt and vinegar chips.

snack- apple

dinner-salad

Thus far I have had 2 bottles of water, but my goal is to at least get two more down before I go to bed.

He can leave the house. But he can't drive if he's taken any pain pills and it's just miserable for him to try and drive... lol
